Hiking Notes

🔸 Start early. Zambales mountains are known for having open grasslands and scorching trails. Also, the sunrise at Cabusilan range is really spectacular.

🔸 As of writing, overnight hike is not allowed in Brgy. Sta Fe. The earliest start of hike could be 04:00 AM.

🔸 Water source: None. Bring enough water depending on your hydration capacity. Mine was 1L.

🔸 Guide fee: P500.00 (1:8 ratio)

🔸 Environmental/Tourism Fee: P80.00 per head

🔸 2 modes of Transportation to choose from (route: San Marcelino Municipal Hall to Sitio Ilong in Brgy. Sta Fe):

Tricycle: P600.00 round trip (max. capacity: 5 pax)

Kuliglig/Jeepney Tractor: P1,500.00 round trip (max. capacity: 16 pax)
